MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Functions

Execute purchasing strategies: Create, analyze, direct, optimize and coordinate the entire purchasing supply chain process for IHI and HairClub to include, Hair, Wetlines and Devices. Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies involving substantial monetary investments with little to no supervision.

Effective partnership: Build effective relationships with reliable vendors, Develop, and oversee warehousing and transportation relations to ensure all distribution operations function effectively. Partner with stakeholders to ensure supply chain needs are effectively being met

Oversee Inventory Control: Enhance and maintain IHI and HairClub warehouse inventory controls using first in first out (“FIFO”) method. Develop purchasing and inventory policies and procedures that comply with company guidelines and legal requirements. Perform all required analytics pertaining to inventory supply and demand; oversee procurement including but not limited to consumption levels and product life cycle. Develop and report KPI’s related to Inventory Levels, Values, COG’s for quarterly review.

Operations: Develop purchasing and inventory budget including suggested quarterly limits Help create reports and provide business intelligence for sales growth opportunities and assess business risks. Work cross functionally providing insight and advice to other departments (sales, marketing, product development, warehouse) to guide business decisions

QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management and/ or Analytics
- Advanced data analysis skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, co-workers, and centers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Office environment with potential hybrid or remote work schedule
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading
- Sitting stationary for long periods of time
- Keyboarding: entering text and/or data into a computer
- Requires working with computer systems
- May require light lifting <50 lbs.
