Position OverviewTo supervise day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing and Logistics & distribution Departments at CMH. Communications are administered in a responsive and timely manner. To act as a resource in problem solving. Customers include physicians, Clinical Departments, Family Care Centers and affiliates. Priority is given to activities that directly affect the patients.
Position Requirements
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
High School Graduate or equivalent
5 years of experience as Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician,
Preferred:
Associates Degree
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician through CBSPD or
Certified Registered Central Service Technician Course through IAHCSMM
Valid NYS Driver's License
Preferred:
Management course completion IAHCSMM or CBSPD
