Supervisor, Revenue Operations (ROPS)
Job description
We are seeking an energetic Supervisor of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the day to day operations of our workforce planning strategy. This includes partnering with our key stakeholders to bring in top talent and set candidates up for a career with the Village.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to execute complex staffing plans ROPS-wide to bring in top talent and promote internal movement
- Serve as a liaison between business lane leaders, teammates, and key stakeholders to ensure business needs are met in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain key metrics, manage performance accordingly, and perform regular reviews to senior leaders
- Consistently communicate team goals, objectives, and progress toward those goals both to team and direct leadership
- Meet tight deadlines in a time sensitive and resource constrained project environment
- Determine staffing plans that make the most effective use of all resources
- Assist with CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) projects or other efforts designed to improve effectiveness/efficiency of the business
- Identify system and process improvement opportunities and make recommendations
- Perform root cause analysis on large amounts of datasets and create detailed reports for strategic business issues and opportunities
Other Duties
- Champion the DaVita Mission and Values both internally and externally
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as scheduled or needed
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
- Travel required: up to 5%
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Supervisory experience demonstrating willingness, desire, and ability to supervise with aptitude for coaching, mentoring, training, and developing teammate skills
- Willingness and desire to create a team learning environment and to foster a positive, fulfilling work environment
- Demonstrated strengths in teambuilding and leadership skills
- Critical thinker with demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, draw conclusions, solve problems, prepare and implement action plans, and lead improvement initiatives
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Pay Range: $51,800 - $90,100
Where an applicant falls within the range depends on various factors, including location of the job position and level of experience and qualifications
