• Training new hires on the company’s policies and procedures
• Train and support employees in each facility- Know exactly what they are responsible for and inspect work
• Performing daily scheduled inspections in accordance with detail schedule
• Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
• Ensuring inventory is properly maintained in building - Order supplies as necessary.
• Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
• MUST MAINTAIN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

• 2-3 years of Janitorial Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Computer literacy

• 2-3 years of previous supervisor experience required
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Experience in a service environment is preferred
