We are hiring Lifeguards to join our team for the 2023 pool season! We provide the training needed to become StarGuard lifeguard licensed and CPR/AED certified. You'll be able to use these skills to create a fun and safe environment for our pool patrons.

Hours & Pay

Hours vary including mornings, mid-day, evenings and/or weekends. Starting at $15/hour.

Duties & Responsibilities

Properly supervise pool patrons at our outdoor aquatic facilities to ensure their safety. Enforce all pool rules and regulations. Respond to situations in which a patron needs to be rescued and/or administered first aid. Maintain cleanliness of facilities, including keeping pool deck free of debris and clutter. Maintain positive public relations with patrons. Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be 15 years old with a work permit or older and have an interest in working at an aquatic facility. Must hold, or have ability to obtain, a current StarGuard lifeguard license and CPR/AED certification. Previous experience working in an aquatic setting is highly desirable.

Use of head and neck movement to scan the water. Hand-eye coordination and specific vision abilities are required and include close vision and ability to adjust focus. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. May infrequently lift and/or move objects 50 pounds or greater with staff assistance.
