Job description
- Coordinates warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing products.
- Monitors receipt, storage and shipment of materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Builds relationships and collaborates with multiple functions within the greater Commercial organization.
- (Demand Planning, Customer Operations, Contracting and Sales) to deliver a positive Customer Experience.
- Coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
- Creates and/or supports the development of data analytics that improve the performance of Seqirus’s supply chain such as customer service, inventory targets, and plan performance.
- Interface with staff in operations, quality, commercial, regulatory, and finance in order to coordinate actions and deliver results.
- Follows established policies and standard operating procedures and ensures compliance with GxPs and safety regulations.
- Partners with other functions to monitor customer inquiries related to delivery lead times, inventory, and on-time, in-full delivery.
- Enrolled in a 4-Year University with progression toward an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics
- Graduation years: 2023, 2024
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have the ability to work well with all levels of the organization
- Able to manage multiple priorities, is a self-starter, and keen on knowing when to work independently and collaboratively
