Job Description
  • Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate

  • Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
  • Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Provide superlative service to client by performing subsampling/aliquoting and analytical duties accurately and within the expected timeframe
  • Document work accurately, clearly and in compliance with client’s requirements
  • Detect problems which could affect the work and bring to the attention of client
  • Understand and use computers for sample information and data entry
  • Upon completion of training, perform subsampling/aliquoting and analytical duties with minimal direct supervision following GMP, aseptic sampling procedures
  • Adhere to all company rules, regulations, guidelines and procedures
  • Understand and comply with the confidentiality policy that company has in place to ensure the confidentiality of our clients
  • Communicates effectively with Project Management, Sample Management, Stability Project Management, Technical, and team members
  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications


Ideal Candidate:

  • Follow written and oral instructions precisely with little supervision
  • Wear safety protection devices, including respirators; meticulous work habits (organized, efficient, conscientious, accurate, safety- conscious)
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; organizational ability
  • Work with hazardous materials and recognize potential safety issues
  • Follow and understand the importance of directions
  • Learn quickly and with minimal supervision
  • Perform mathematical calculations
  • Document processes performed

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • AS or BS in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or related science
  • Authorization to work in the US indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information


Position is Full- Time, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours, as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
