Job Description:

As Studio Manager for Filter, you will be assigned to key accounts where you will be responsible for managing, tracking and delivering creative projects & workstreams assigned to you. You will work closely with all creative contributors within your assigned team, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope and in line with creative briefs. You will partner closely with Filter and Client Producers, defining the scope of delivery for content creation and communicating budget and timelines in partnership with Filter and the Client’s Project Management. As you track and manage creative workstreams, you will elevate risks to appropriate stakeholders. You will oversee your workstreams through final delivery, including digital executions.

You are the key operational partner to creative contributors within the assigned Filter Account.

Qualifications:

In Your Role, You Are (Accountable for):

  • Directing intake and resourcing strategies, partnering on assigning creative resources, and driving, implementing, and managing projects.

  • Intaking and auditing briefs, resourcing and implementing process strategies to help drive the overall creative projects for the Client’s creative studio.

  • Presenting to and working cross-functionally with Client Executive Leadership.

  • The purpose of this role is to manage execution and delivery of creative outputs, owning every production detail from kick-off through completion; ensuring on time, on budget and on brief executions. Covers all production solutions including digital, TV, print, radio, entertainment etc.

  • Defines execution approach and translates into production scopes, including staff plans for each deliverable

  • Manages internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on track

  • Manages team communications and issue resolution, balancing client requirements with team objectives

  • Delivers high quality executions whilst always searching for new execution options that maximize efficiencies for our clients

  • Stays informed on latest advertising technologies and trends

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

  • 4-6 years in a studio leadership position and in fields directly related to creative workstream management (includes projects within creative concepts, design, writing, retail, event, digital, social, media, broadcast and communications)

  • Expertise in the real-world demands of delivering best-in-class creative in service

  • Lead teams looking after multiple unrelated workstreams simultaneously (multiple categories and cross-category workstreams).

  • Documented success and experience delivering multi-dimensional marketing and creative projects.

  • A seasoned and strong ability to solve problems as challenges arise.
