Currently we are searching for student workers in our CX department in Hamburg.
You will be responsible for the following Tasks:
- Supporting our CX teams in offering excellent customer experience.
- Be in direct contact with our customers via phone, LiveChat or e-mail.
- Supporting our customers with their questions regarding their shipments.
- Work together with your colleagues on process improvement projects; everything to offer a smoother supply chain to our customers.
We are looking for someone who:
- Wants to learn (more) about end2end container logistics.
- Enjoys being in contact with customers.
- Can think out of the box and brings in new views on existing processes.
- Is eager to build a network within the Global Integrator of Container Logistics.
