D1 Training is an athletic-based training facility right outside of Charlotte and we are seeking talented, high energy Strength & Conditioning Coaches to join our team! D1 offers the most effective holistic fitness programs backed by science. Our coaches train our athletes and clients to get stronger, faster and leaner while also focusing on joint mobility, recovery and nutrition. At D1, you will train both athletes and ordinary people on both an individual and group basis. One on one training gives you the coach the ability to design customized training routines for your clients to help them reach their goals efficiently and safely. Coaches train D1 Scholastic Members from ages 7-18, D1 Adult Members, and team training. Our group workouts are fast-paced, FUN, and rewarding for both our athletes and coaches alike.

Responsibilities:

• D1 Coaches can exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs in the workouts live in order to tailor directly to their athletes and clients

• Create an exciting, high-energy atmosphere for the members

• Give educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition to members

• Coaching Classes from 1-20 people

• General cleanliness and upkeep of D1 state-of-the-art equipment

• Represent D1’s Mission and Core Values

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Nationally recognized & accredited certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, USAW)
• Athletic or sports background (preferred)
• Experience training or coaching athletes (preferred)
• A high-energy, motivating, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
• Strong moral character
• Excellent communication, organizational, teaching, public relations, interpersonal, customer service, and supervisory skills
• Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
