Position Summary:

The Strategic Program manager will perform a significant role for UCI Health taking leadership on a major expansion of UCI’s physical footprint, including implementation of technology for a new hospital building program and other strategic programs that arise, requiring significant IT delivery.

This role reports to the Associate CIO and involves management of large scale programs, framework/ processes and methodologies involving departmental or cross-functional teams. Plans, coordinates and monitors scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, tasks, risks, staff and deliverables. Monitors the project from initiation through completion. Organizes and leads activities relating to the management and completion of projects. Applies wide-ranging experience to manage projects, up to and including the most complex across UCI Health. Incumbent leads project management for large scale projects including new sites and facilities. Incumbent is considered an IS delivery subject matter expert influences and guides various IS methods and processes.
