- Develop individual KPI dashboards
- Train operations users on use of dashboards
- Maintain and update dashboards with additional user requests
- Use Tableau to create actionable KPI dashboards
- Work with operations leadership to deliver valuable actionable data
- Train operations to use dashboards
- Work with IT reporting to create reports that will feed into dashboards
- Must be in College
- Understanding of Analytical skills (ability to analyze and interpret data)
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
