Responsibilities
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Manage weekly restaurant labor schedules for production and service, meeting staffing criteria/guidelines and labor budgets by utilizing forecasting tools.
- Manage and continually monitor food production execution to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, productivity and professionalism are at the highest level.
- Develop and maintain reports to measure and monitor sales, cost and expenses.
- Hire, develop, train and mentor direct reports. Act as a resource to them.
- Work with a team to instill company culture, build morale and create an ongoing positive work environment, using established initiatives.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Previous restaurant supervisory/management experience required.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with proven customer service experience as a manager.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, adapt to change and work well in an environment with time constraints.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills, performing work accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines.
