Seeking a full time Store Manager!
We are seeking an efficient and flexible Store Manager who will handle our high-volume, quick service juice bar. In this full-time role you be responsible for both operations and financial functions of the business. As the Store Manager, you will train, coach and manage a team. The Manager will be responsible for scheduling, staffing, interviewing, hiring, training and holding team members accountable for their duties. You will also ensure that the store follows all local, state and federal regulations. The Store Manager is an ambassador for the Nekter brand and will ensure all guidelines and recipes are followed. This position requires multi-tasking and working with multiple vendors.
As the Store Manager: You are essentially the face of Nekter – you will help drive a positive work environment as well as a positive experience for our customers!
- Vendor Management - Ordering product
- Product Quality Assurance - Product received into the store as well as product being serviced to customers
- Scheduling - Weekly scheduled drafted for team members and shift leads
- Team Accountability - Managing multiple personalities, ensuring team members and shift leads perform their expected duties
- Financial Management - Price checking, refunds, deposits, vendor management, cash tips distribution
- Marketing - Promoting the Nekter brand in the East Texas Community!
- Nekter Brand Management - Promotion launches, product launches, in store marketing

Exceptional Talents that our Store Manager will have:
- Previous Managment experience is preferred
- Previous barista/bartending/restaurant experience is preferred- Must be a professional individual with a passion for working in a health-orientated industry
- Must be a self-motivated fast learner, punctual, organized, focused and have a positive attitude
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule - days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
