La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries of Emeryville is currently searching for an experienced retail store manager who can motivate and lead a team of five employees while increasing overall store sales. This position is one of a working store manager where you will take turns helping customers just the same as the regular sale staff. A generous base salary is provided with this position with the added bonus of commission made upon each sale. Ideal candidates will feel at home with colors and fabrics and have a passion to help customers complete their in-home design needs. Design experience is not necessary, but a designer eye and positive energy is certainly required.
