Azara Smoke N Vape in Wausau, WI is hiring for a professional, part-time Store Associate with sales skills to provide top-notch customer service and is motivated to grow with us.
We offer a supportive and relaxed atmosphere that encourages employees to bring their best selves.
Base pay begins at $11.00hr based on experience + bonuses, commissions, and an end of the year bonus!
(This means you can earn more than $15/hr starting out!)
It gets better. At the end of the year, we match your commission earned throughout the year.

Who we are
Azara products mostly consist of CBD, Delta products, and Smoke/Vape Accessories. We take pride in being experts in product knowledge and carry the highest quality products on the market without unnecessary markup!
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Make sure the store is clean and presentable
Skills
- Retail/Sales experience preferred
- Customer Service
- Knowledge of inventory and/or stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school diploma
