We are currently on a search for one of our Top Tier Investment firms that is currently looking for Finance | Accounting Professionals to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to perform assorted reconciliations to maintain the integrity of a firms’ books and records. These reconciliations are carried out daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly and are designed to highlight processing discrepancies and alert management of potential problem scenarios and errors made by staff or/and operating systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Typical reconciliations performed by OC staff include : stock record breaks, DTC breaks, possession or control monitoring, balancing foreign depositories, balancing MMMF accounts, a quarterly box count.
- Ability to help create and/or maintain Key Risk Indicators (i.e. : KRIs) is necessary to better control the myriad of different and new business activities in which the firm is engaged.
The role will be in a Hybrid Model based out of the Jersey City, NJ office. Compensation package will include Base Salary (up to $95,000) + Bonus + 401K Match + PTO + Benefits.
