POSITION SUMMARY
The Sterilization Assistant at Flawless Smile Dentistry is a key member of the team, working with providers and patients to make sure that the patients get the quality of treatment they deserve. This role is responsible for assisting doctors with treatment and building relationships with the patients chair side. The Sterilization Assistant is vital to us providing an amazing experience for our patients.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Cleaning and sterilizing medical instruments and lab equipment
- Inspecting instruments/equipment for damage to ensure proper function
- Keep accurate records of sterilization and supply inventory
- Transporting and delivering medical equipment and supplies to different departments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
● Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
● Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
