Job description

- Effectively assist in obtaining and maintaining State registrations
- Work closely with those working directly with States
- Pull supportive documents from VEEVA for state registrations
- Follow up with Federal Regulatory Manager, if necessary
- Assist with amended product and new label submissions (all types - printing, copying, prepping, etc.)
- Update RTS product status – primary responsibility
- Assist with state electronic submission process, including individual state websites, ALSTAR and Kelly Registrations
- Maintain proof of registration files with State Specialists
- Generate quarterly updates relative to state registrations
- Conduct end of the month report on outstanding submissions
- Provide support on presentations
- Promotes culture of compliance within Syngenta as related to state specific laws and activities
This person will work in our Greensboro, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
Required Skills
- Minimum of BS/BA degree, science-based education or experience preferred.
- 1 to 3 years supporting a large, complex project or company
- Proficient in use of MS Office products including Word, Power Point , Excel
- In Excel and/or Smartsheet proficiency in manipulating, analyzing large datasets using advanced formulas
- Experience using multiple databases for tracking, saving, and management.
- Knowledgeable about regulatory terminology and EPA & State guidelines
- Knowledgeable in state regulatory submissions and tracking databases
Preferred Skills
- Ability to use Smartsheet as project management and tracking tool is desirable.
- Some knowledge of agriculture and pesticide industry is desirable
- 1-2 years previous experience in a regulatory, product development or other technical area preferable
