• 7am-3pm
• 3pm-11pm
• Both schedules work every other weekend
• 6-Month Minimum Contract with option to extend

• Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
• Perform computer data entry – Receive full training
• Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, ASH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.

• Must have a valid LVN license
• Must comply with immunization requirements
• Must submit to required drug test
• Must submit to required fingerprinting
• Must complete facility required training - 12 days of consecutive training M-F 8am-5pm
