Job description
The Starbucks Manager is responsible for all tasks and coordination in the Starbucks department. This person oversees all scheduling needs of the employees in Starbucks. This person oversees product rotation and ordering. The Starbucks Manager helps not only learn all the tasks such as beverage preparation, food preparation, and cashiering, but they also ensure all the employees are properly trained. This person helps creative a positive environment and provides feedback to the employees. This person is available to work the opening shift starting at 5:00am as well as the evening shift as late as possibly 8:00pm.
