• Recruitment of DSP staff, posts positions via balancetrak, stage hiring outcomes.
• Manages database of DSP relief staff.
• Provides recommendations for best candidates.
• Provides onboarding for new hires, through orientation and job training.
• Supervises DSPs on the relief list. Checks with managers for feedback on staff performance.
• Prepares monthly reports on the status of job fairs, relief lists and job performance.

• Use of Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
• Experience with administrative support in onboarding new hires, recruitment, applicant tracking software experience and preferred experience in the recruitment of direct support professionals in an IDD non-profit residential program preferred.
