We are seeking an organized, detailed-oriented Staffing Coordinator to coordinate the nursing department’s staffing schedule. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Staffing Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the monthly schedule and daily staffing sheets for the nursing department.
  • Ensure adequate amounts of staffing per state, federal and VA regulations.
  • Ensure employees are scheduled for their hired number of hours and in accordance with child labor standards.
  • Receive call outs from staff and coordinate other coverage as needed.

Experience and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to understand and comply with state and federal regulations
  • Ability to navigate and toggle through various computer software
  • Prior customer service or scheduling experience preferred
