Staff Sales Operations Analyst
Job description

The typical base pay range for this position is USD $103,000 - $160,600 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or benefits.
- Working with a Sales team to support forecasting, rebates, and other projects
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to guide team in better decision making
- Run regular meetings with the team to analyze current state of business and forecast
- Proactively highlight outstanding issues and propose ways to solve them
- Work on reports improvements and suggest new reports and dashboards
- Help other team members for various executive reviews
Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, business, economics, or related field- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Analytics, Demand planning or related field
- Proficiency with MS Office and analytics software
- Experience working with business partners and good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Semiconductor experience is a plus
