We are seeking a seasoned front-end developer to build out the core Simplr CX Platform.
From planning to design, testing, and rollout, you’ll use your software development skills and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams across the company.

What you’ll be doing
Creating code components that are reusable and scalable- Delivering the right set of tests alongside code tests to validate code is defect free
- Showing a strong attention to development detail, produces high-quality code
- Utilizing and enforcing design patterns that comply with security/privacy policies
- Conducting peer code reviews for architecture, scalability, and code quality
- Utilizing analytics framework for platform data analysis
- Designing and implementing error handling and redundancy to ensure platform stability

Passion and Drive. Design, build, test, scale, and architect Simplr’s web-based platform- Teamwork. Collaborate and direct team of highly talented engineers, designers and business leaders
- Ownership and accountability. Determine what needs to be built from a business and engineering perspective and design and deliver high quality code on time that achieves those objectives
- Communication. Ability to clearly communicate complicated engineering challenges to peers and leadership
- Leadership. Lead and mentor the developers working on the Simplr Platform
Core qualifications
Ability to write great code- Expert level understanding of web technologies, with React experience required
- Familiarity with back-end technologies (MERN stack preferred)
- A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms and object-oriented design practices
- Great sense of ownership

Experience and Education:
4+ years of experience as a Front End or Full Stack Developer preferably in MERN stack building web applications- 2+ years of React experience
- 2+ years of ownership of significant front end web components / applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering
