We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. As a permanent member of our team, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, tax, audit, and public reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for working in the Finance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial statements
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and submit public reports, such as annual reports and SEC filings
• Collaborate with other members of the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks
• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities, to ensure compliance and resolve any issues
• Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with tax preparation and compliance
• Knowledge of audit procedures and standards
• Familiarity with public reporting requirements and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
