Morton is looking for an exceptional new team member to join our clients Information Technology Department, focusing on all aspects of our ERP, CRM and Databases.

- Perform functional and technical analysis in our ERP system, assisting with new projects, enhancements, and support issues
- Ability to research and problem solve using SQL and system knowledge
- Perform ad hoc queries, data extraction and basic system reporting tasks
- Configure, maintain, and manage system functionality within ERP and CRM systems
- Understand all business processes and flows within the Finance, Marketing, Logistics and Procurement modules of the ERP system
- Manage production support issues related to ERP and CRM systems
- Be a team player – coach, mentor and help train junior resources on the technology team
- 5+ years ERP experience, preferably with Oracle, Microsoft, or Acumatica platforms
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL server, Stored Procedures, and complex query logic
- Experience with at least 1 major ERP migration, implementation, or upgrade
- 5+ year’s experience in Hubspot or Salesforce CRM applications
- 5+ year’s experience with basic integration processes, familiarity with boomi or similar IPaaS solution preferred
- Ability to document and gain deep understanding of business processes in a Direct-to-Consumer environment
- 5+ years of basic reporting, data extraction and/or data modeling experience
- Excellent Communication and time management skills, comfortability working in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
