Hello Sunshine is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sr Manager of Integrated Marketing for Sol.ar, a story-led social and creative agency built upon Hello Sunshine’s expertise in premium storytelling, brand building, community cultivation and an unparalleled understanding of the female consumer. Sol.ar creates audience-first, platform-specific immersive experiences at the center of content, community and commerce that uniquely empower brands to tell stories that drive impact, create culture and deeply connect with consumers.

The Sr Manager, Integrated Marketing will support the development of insight-led marketing materials, presentations and multi-channel campaigns and partnerships that leverage Hello Sunshine IP, DTC Businesses and agency capabilities (e.g The Home Edit, influencer marketing). This role ensures we meet client needs and drive value for brands by building authentic, deep, emotional connections with consumers through creative storytelling and experiences that surface, spotlight, and celebrate women.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom creative & marketing ideas in response to RFPs and on a pro-active basis using innovative digital, social solutions, emerging channels and technologies and leveraging the suite of Solar and Hello Sunshine capabilities
    • Manage RFP development, proactive proposals, and revisions throughout the pitch phase
    • Serve as the team’s ambassador for Hello Sunshine IP and DTC brands
      • Develop both RFPs & proactive brand partnership proposals for sales to bring to market
      • Collaborate with key stakeholders for creative review and pricing
      • Facilitate ongoing updates on performance metrics & content strategy
    • Develop social agency proposals, overseeing creative, strategy, and operational inputs to craft pitch materials & customized scopes
    • Partner with strategy to link marketing concepts to impactful audience, cultural and brand insights and data
  • Lead working sessions with internal stakeholders like strategy, editorial, franchise, creative, production and social teams to create ground-breaking content, brand and marketing programs
    • Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Hello Sunshine IP and programming, creator networks, talent, social platforms, emerging consumer channels and technologies, key tentpole events/experiences and the company’s various offerings
    • A willingness and desire to present and sell-through custom programs and ideas, both internally to sales and leadership, and externally to clients of all levels.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years building cross-platform digital and social marketing programsStrong branded content/creative development and influencer marketing experience
  • A passion for lifestyle content with preference for food and design/home
  • Stellar interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into holistic content programs
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills – both in structure and content
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and good management skills
  • Must be a self-starter and a strong problem solver
  • Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting
