POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing supervision and leadership in multiple regions under Clinical Operations and oversight of staffing including but not limited to managers, supervisors, medical assistants, etc.
GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Oversight of multiple clinical programs.
- Focus on driving outcomes in Medicare Risk Adjustment, Medicare STARs and overall budget management.
- Able to manage diverse teams working in an office and remote setting.
- Assist with developing and oversight of policies, workflows, staffing plans and productivity goals.
- Ensures office processes are efficient, support care center goals, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership within and across markets to address barriers and drive organizational goals.
- Assists in strategic development for assigned markets including member engagement strategies, productivity goals, and special programs/projects.
- Able to act as spokesperson for the Alignment Clinical Model including conducting trainings and presentations for local partners including health plans, PCPs, medical groups, etc.
- Ability to conduct tours of clinics to a wide range of internal and external individuals/groups.
- Able to effectively deliver information to all levels of leadership and frontline staff in appropriate manner.
- Manage customer expectations and develop trainings/plans to consistently exceed organizational targets for member experience.
- Provides administrative support and reports to Manager as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees assigned staff. Responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; assigning workload; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management and oversight of outpatient medical offices.
- At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid patients preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with managed care or insurance plans preferred.
Education/Licensure:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred in a Healthcare Administration or other related field.
- Current Driver’s License.
- CPR/First Aid Certification is required.
Other:
- Strong Microsoft Office Experience including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
