Position Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a creative, highly motivated, results-oriented Sr. Digital Product Marketing Manager to help drive and promote Zenni’s digital product offerings. In this role, you’ll use your strategic prowess and creative vision to enhance brand awareness and drive new customer growth by being digital product focused. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day business management responsibilities, executing product strategy and product marketing plans and providing analytics to deliver and exceed the financial goals of the department. With each project, you’ll play a key role in Zenni’s success in transforming the eyewear industry. This role requires strong leadership, communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Work with manager to help build global digital product marketing campaigns (across all channels) by leading development of compelling and unique product concepts that fit within the product positioning, leveraging consumer insights, and understanding of gaps in market

Define and develop the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy for all digital products

Work cross-functionally to drive the strategic development, planning, and execution of digital product marketing campaigns and integrated marketing programs—with a focus on new digital product launches, and revitalizing existing digital products.

Lead projects that create demand for our products, enhance brand awareness, and drive consumer advocacy—all while upholding a smooth, integrated process—with a focus on developing customer centric, sales-generating quick strike media content ideas

Collaborate with creative teams to bring vision to execution and delivering compelling concepts to consumers in support of our ambitious growth objectives

Collaborate across the product marketing team to develop the content and story-telling calendar and distribution of monthly updates

Develop, own, and share competitive tracker to showcase what other brands are doing in the space as it relates to new digital product launches, partnerships, and marketing campaigns

Juggle multiple critical, time-sensitive, and high-visibility projects within the product marketing team

Establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with internal partners

Identify and understand core customers for your own projects

Make recommendations based on market and competitive research and sales trends

Qualifications

6+ years of integrated digital product/brand marketing experience

A highly creative and non-traditional thinker who is not afraid to question the status quo and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Able to develop influential and collaborative relationships across teams and functions, articulating your vision that inspires colleagues and customers alike

A confident, curious leader, builder, and mentor (not to mention an organizational powerhouse)

As of 1/1/23 the expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to 200,000 USD. Actual pay within this range will be based upon several factors, including without limitation education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs.
