We are seeking a skilled Sr. API and Application Tools Developer to join our growing team!
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Support APIs for SolarWinds, Splunk, Qualys, and other monitoring tools to integrate with JIRA Service Desk.
- Collaborate on creating automated processes for software installation and upgrades.
- Provide support for customer web applications.
- Monitor dashboards for potential issues and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage and prioritize work using JIRA Service Desk tickets.
- Skilled in designing and writing scripts in PowerShell, Python, and other scripting languages.
- Must have experience in: Application Integrations knowledge, Database (Oracle or MS SQL), Ticketing Tools, Python or PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development, operations support, and production maintenance integration tools.
- In-depth working knowledge of system integration design principles.
- Knowledge of data analysis, business analysis, protocols, scripting, data architecture, programming, database administration, and standards compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL and Oracle database query language.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with independent judgment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to inform, advise, instruct, and persuade.
- Capable of reviewing and updating relevant documentation using Confluence.
- Availability to work onsite from 8 am to 5 pm PST, Monday to Friday.
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $126,880 - $135,200/Yr. and is an Exempt role.
