What You Will Bring To This Role:
The responsibility of the Sales Coordinator is to provide clerical and administrative support for the Director of Sales and Sales manager in the sales efforts for the assigned hotels. Position is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the execution of the hotel sales processes in order to maximize sales efficiency and revenue generation for both hotels. To perform assigned sales duties, process incoming leads, execute sales reporting requirements, ensure all deadlines are met, perform assigned catering duties, maintain sales data files, and act as liaison between hotels and clients

Some of Your Responsibilities Would Be:
  • Assist in all sales related duties
  • Manage groups/functions in Amadeus and FOSSE, manage accounts, process deposits/payments, rooming lists, BEO’s, resumes and related details from clients.
  • Ensure efficient communication of group and function needs to hotel operations staff
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in this or related position.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to check transactions accurately and efficiently; basic math skills a must.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
