Spicewalla is a chef-driven spice company located in Asheville, NC. We offer fresh, small batch spices that are all packed and processed by hand and are looking for motivated and friendly customer service associates for our Ponce City Market retail location.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store
• Assess customers' needs and suggest solutions to their problems
• Work with cash registers and processing payments
• Give customers advice about sales and promotions
• Use upselling techniques to increase store sales
• Recommend the best products to customers
• Clean and restock the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

• Comprehensive understanding of the store products
• Advanced customer service skills
