Position Summary: Performs clerical duties in the laboratory working with Medical Technologists to receive, process and distribute specimens for testing.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1 year of medical/clinical laboratory experience is preferred
- Comfortable handling biological specimens
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Knowledge of office procedures, filing and handling telephones
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Able to speak and write English fluently
- Phlebotomy experience/certification preferred
