Overview:
As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for accurate and timely donation processing, following LLS policies and procedures and providing internal and external support of essential activities for revenue allocation to ensure field staff can effectively and efficiently raise funds to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission . Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.

Additional Position Information: Reports to:Manager, Revenue Allocation Responsibilities:
Revenue Support
  • Process National and region revenue timely and accurately from territory and national lockboxes, wires and donor advised funds according to defined processes and procedures
  • Work in partnership with national and region staff to determine appropriate coding for funds
  • Process all assigned remotely accessible donations
  • Submit cash receipts templates to National Office allocate revenue appropriately
  • Maintain a clear understanding of processes, technological changes and quality expectations
  • Collaborate with Revenue Allocation Manager and peers to ensure lockbox coverage during staff absences and vacancies
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

Qualifications:
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple software programs at one time
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Some weekend & evening work required
  • Travel as required for national or department meetings or to support events
  • Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations

  • Average hourly salary range is $18-$25/hr, open to further discussion based on geography.
