Job description
This position is responsible for setting up and drive continual improvement of quality and food safety management system, based on Mars Global Standards to deliver all site quality key performance indicators.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements
BS degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related technical field
3-5 years experience in microlab or manufacturing
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Allergen management
Knowledge of ISO9001 and FSSC22000
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related technical field
GMP, HACCP and Allergen management certifications
ISO9001 and FSSC22000 certifications
What will be your key responsibilities?
Establish, develop and maintain high quality & food safety system to ensure that all products meet quality and food safety requirement and compliance with regulation.
Responsible for incidents and consumer complaint handling and drive the effectiveness of CAPA
Responsible for the Training of standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, Allergen, etc.)
Responsible for the data analysis and drive continual improvement of quality performance
