Job Summary
Implement trainings within specified targeted audiences while developing, delivering and evaluating a range of courses within specified cement sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Training Implementation & Delivery (70%):
- Conduct and facilitate virtual instructor-led and face-to-face training on a variety of cement operations technical and soft skills training
- Recruit and schedule facilitators, experts, and external vendors to deliver training
- Design training content for interactive virtual training programs.
- Ensure learning content consistency and delivery across functional areas: Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Production, Quality, Shipping, Procurement and HR.
- Create training calendars for assigned cement plant(s) and follow up on training executions
- Partner with plant functional experts to identify and assess learning gaps as well as future needs on development programs
- Execute training program communications with participants, managers and local stakeholders
- Training Logistics (30%):
- Assist with participant selection processes
- Collect data and feedback to refine and improve learning and development approach
- Generate reports for cement plants and evaluate data and metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the field of technical learning development/training facilitation
- 1+ years of Mechanical/Electrical engineering experience
- Training certifications are a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in manufacturing environment, strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software
- Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong presentation and training skills – must be able to speak publicly and in front of large groups
- Proven ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,800.00 - $83,000.00 per year
