Job Title: Special Education Teacher
Location: St. Louis MO 63110
Duration: 1+ year (Temp to Perm)
Shift: Hours per day: 6.5 hours daily
Hours per week: 32.5 max
Job Type: Onsite

Job Duties of Special Education Teacher:

· Work with students who have learning, mental, emotional, or physical disabilities.

· Adapt general education lessons and teach various subjects to students with mild to moderate disabilities.

· Also teach basic skills to students with severe disabilities

· Identifies the students’ needs and develops related lesson and teaching plans.

· Plan activities that are specific to each student's abilities.

Experience of Special Education Teacher:

· At least a year of experience is required.

License/Certification for Special Education Teacher:

· Special Education Certification (Preferred)

· COVID Card

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
