The Hand and Stone Spa in Old Town Scottsdale offers massage, facial and hair removal services. A Spa Sales Associate must be customer oriented, sales driven and highly motivated with sales experience. Our sales commission structure is in addition to the hourly pay rate allowing the employee to drive their own pay level. Our sales focus is through educating our customers and getting them excited about our brand by providing an exceptional spa experience that starts with the Spa Sales Associate. Zenoti experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities Include:

- Possess a basic knowledge of computer use and can keyboard/type ; after training understands our software system and how to utilize its functions

- Books appointments on the phone and in person

- Greets all clients warmly and energetically and confirms client service at time of check-in; Makes each client’s visit as simple and pleasant as possible ensuring that each client is aware of where she is going and with whom

- Educates clients with respect to spa services, products and policies; understands and properly utilizes Client Intake form information in the computer system

- Sells memberships, gift cards and upgraded services

- Maintains professional image and adheres to dress code

-Performs light cleaning either at the beginning or end of shift.
