Spa Director

Job Description:

• Managing Spa department Employees
• Organizing and marketing of spa events to residents and guests
• Ensuring that the spa department adheres to hygienic protocols and procedures.
• Ensuring that spa equipment is functional and available.
• Developing and establishing policies that promote high quality customer service experience to residents and guests.
• Oversees all spa operations and develops a strategic system that guarantees the success of the business and the department.
• Adaptable to industry designated changes.
• Manage outside appointment bookings which include traveling, security, POS systems, equipment storage & maintenance.
• Ensure routine maintenance of all spa equipment is kept along with the highest level of cleanliness throughout spa.
• Produce all event materials and handle reservations.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate purchasing and process payroll.
• Recommend improved cleaning products or cleaning methods towards optimal levels of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures including payroll systems, training protocols, inventory control and purchasing methods.
• Assure timely availability of qualified associates through active participation in the salon recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training process.

Preferable to have bachelor’s degree in the following:

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
