Job Description:
- Managing Spa department Employees
- Organizing and marketing of spa events to residents and guests
- Ensuring that the spa department adheres to hygienic protocols and procedures.
- Ensuring that spa equipment is functional and available.
- Developing and establishing policies that promote high quality customer service experience to residents and guests.
- Oversees all spa operations and develops a strategic system that guarantees the success of the business and the department.
- Adaptable to industry designated changes.
- Manage outside appointment bookings which include traveling, security, POS systems, equipment storage & maintenance.
- Ensure routine maintenance of all spa equipment is kept along with the highest level of cleanliness throughout spa.
- Produce all event materials and handle reservations.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate purchasing and process payroll.
- Recommend improved cleaning products or cleaning methods towards optimal levels of sanitation and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures including payroll systems, training protocols, inventory control and purchasing methods.
- Assure timely availability of qualified associates through active participation in the salon recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training process.

- Strong writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on conciseness and risk management.

Preferable to have bachelor’s degree in the following:
