Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sous Chef who will be responsible for making high-quality food daily in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience managing kitchen staff and can regularly work under limited supervision. The successful chef will receive excellent training and be able to meet the highest of standards for customer service and cleanliness. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership position and advance their culinary skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Work behind the line
• Create specialty scratch recioies
• Manage dietary needs for customers and employees (e.g., prepare gluten-free items).
• Menu Planning
• Order food.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and other workers.
• Respond to customer and employee needs in a timely manner.
• Manage personnel assignments and ensure they are carried out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
