Job description

The Prep Cook works closely with the Chef and will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. They will perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and prepping ingredients, using proper knife skills and basic cooking techniques. The prep cook will assist in maintaining inventory and par levels. The prep cook will be responsible for creating staff meals. The prep cook will work closely with the chef to learn and expand their skills in all aspects of the role. Cleanliness is a must and the prep cook will be responsible for maintaining a clean workspace.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
