Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $110,000.00 to $122,690.00

This individual will build out use cases, identify customer pain points, communicate value, drive technical solutions recommendations, provide live product demonstrations, document technical solutions scope and provide feedback on product gaps and perform implementation hand-off. This position will be a key individual to support pre-sales activities, renewals, and expansions.
Responsibilities:- Become a subject matter expert (SME) for multiple products and solutions, including staying up to date on new features and functionality.
- Lead technical discovery and scoping with the prospect.
- Teach prospects and clients how to integrate with Blackhawk Network to produce the best technical and business outcomes.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, design elements, data architecture, and product capabilities to successfully launch the solution.
- Build transaction flow, mock-ups, and structures that drive superior customer launch experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the Product and Sales team to deliver value to our customers.
- Challenge yourself with the latest fintech, gift card industry and incentives use cases.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on customer needs and product opportunities including competitive research.
- 2-3 years of SaaS, enterprise-level solutions consulting experience
- Prior fintech/payments industry experience required.
- Broad knowledge of system architectures, development methodologies, and web-based development environments.
- Value-oriented sales approach
- Proven skills in solution selling or pre-sales environment.
- Technical proficiency in enterprise Software-as-a-Service environments specifically API experiences
- Experience in developing business cases and customer stories.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to facilitate team discussions.
