Kardex Remstar is an international company searching for a SOLUTION ARCHITECT – SAP Supply Chain Processes for our new manufacturing facility in West Columbia, South Carolina. This position’s reporting structure resides in the IT space of the business however, the selected candidate will be located in the West Columbia facility.

Job Purpose

The Solution Architect possesses expertise regarding certain business processes, consults the Application Owner, evaluate business requirements and acts as template guardian. The Solution Architect defines and implements technical solutions.

Main Accountabilities

· Consults Application Owner on business side

· Analyses, identifies and translates business requirements into technical requirements

· Recommends solutions

· Derives and specifies system changes

· Discusses and agrees on necessary changes with the Application Owner, Enterprise Architect and implementation partner

· Customizes Application

· Provides 2nd level support and consulting for day-to-day operations

· Ensures 3rd level support provided by the implementation partner

· Participates in Projects

· Trains Application Owner who transfers the Know-how into business outside IT

Requirements

· 5 years professional experience with ERP Systems (SAP preferred) and possess expertise regarding certain business processes

· Specialist application know-how

· Know How in SAP S/4 <PP, PP/DS, MM, EWM, QM, Procurement>, SAP ECC < PP, MM, Procurement>

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

· German proficiency is a plus

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
