We are seeking a Solar Service Helper to assist our team of solar technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the solar technicians, including preparing and cleaning equipment, carrying tools and materials, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• · Assist solar technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems.
• · Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of solar panel systems.
• · Troubleshoot and repair solar panel systems as needed.
• · Carry tools and materials to and from job sites.
• · Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on the status of their solar panel systems.
• · Perform other tasks as assigned by the solar technicians or management.
• · Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• · Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications:

• · High school diploma or equivalent.
• · Experience in solar panel installation and maintenance is a plus.
• · Ability to work at heights and on rooftops.
• · Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
• · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• · Good communication and customer service skills.
• · Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
