RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete all electrical work for system
- Maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to run crews with 4+ people
- Following the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Perform maintenance on the solar system as needed
- Prepare inventory for installs
- Project clean up
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working as an Electrician
- Residential Solar Experience preferred
- Ability to work in heights and on roofs/ladders
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in various weather conditions/extreme environments (hot attics, heat, wind, cold/icy weather, etc.)
- Ability to follow safety guidelines
