Job description
As a Software Instructor, you will teach the benefits of Reynolds and Reynolds software to our customers and associates. This training is designed to help customers enhance the operational efficiency from their systems by providing a thorough knowledge of the system reflexes and features.
In this role, you would be responsible for becoming a product expert by learning the software through company-led trainings, self-paced software testing, and practice sessions. Additionally, some of your time will be spent writing course materials including course guides and Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) courses. CAIs are written on Reynolds and Reynolds software to provide self-paced training to our customers at their own dealerships. You will also write quizzes and evaluations to determine if students have learned the course materials after their training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Strong public presence and love of learning
