Software Engineer
Ft. Bragg, NC
Clearance: US DOD Top Secret Clearance Required
Ability to Travel 25%
This position can be 50% remote.

We have a role out of the Fayetteville, North Carolina area about 2 hours from Camp Lejeune, NC or Myrtle Beach, SC. This role is 50% remote and does require the ability to work with several Software Languages.
Responsibilities:
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Senior Software Engineer Qualifications/Skills:
- 6 or more years of experience developing in Java, C#, or Ruby (Java and .net preferred)
- OOP Design, Planning, Developing, and testing to meet client requirements. This includes documentation to meet Team Deliverables on time.
- Comfortability with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
**Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor of Science/Arts in computer science, information technology, or related discipline
