Top Qualifications:

Entry Level or Junior Developer with the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Basic understanding of C# and Visual Studio
• Basic understanding of relational databases and structured query language (SQL)
• Willingness to learn additional programming languages and platforms

Position Overview:

Develops and maintains the business, manufacturing, and engineering application programs and systems that enable the company's business processes. Will review, analyze, implement, and modify systems through planning, programming, installing, testing, and debugging applications to support the company’s business, manufacturing, and engineering processes that enable our business. This position will also collaborate with business analysts, other systems analysts, and users to identify improvements and implement project objectives.

Responsibilities:

Technical – Professional

1. Works closely with key business and information technology stakeholders to develop application architecture to improve business processes, drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

2. Works with internal customers to foster and grow the company’s adoption of technology to optimize standard work and enable data driven decisions.

3. Understands the business processes and flows to enable functional requirements analysis and the development of solutions for the business functions.

4. Develops application systems that are cost effective and flexible in design.

5. Monitors daily application health, including system uptime, responsiveness, break/fix issues and approved requests.

6. Provides technical support for Manufacturing and Customer Experience applications (Apriso, Salesforce, Oracle Business Intelligence) including break/fix and enhancements.

7. Serves as a member of the Application Help Desk in an on-call rotation

8. Provides weekend and off hours support to Manufacturing operations in an on-call rotation.

9. Uses knowledge to support the corporate and business unit's IT and business strategies.

10. Understands and can demonstrate key concepts related to SDLC in both custom applications and third-party software applications

Nice to have includes:

• Experience in Manufacturing
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds
• Experience with Apex and Visual Force
• Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)
