Job Title: Software Developer (Aerospace or Aeronautical)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer with expertise in the field of aerospace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software verification, specifically in unit testing, and will be familiar with the verification guidelines outlined in DO-178B or DO-178C.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions for aerospace applications.
• Conduct software verification activities, including unit testing, to ensure compliance with DO-178B or DO-178C guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and design specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the software.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of software issues.
• Write and maintain technical documentation related to software development and verification activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and verification for aerospace applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C or C++.
• Familiarity with software verification guidelines outlined in DO-178B or DO-178C.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
